Salon Policies

I understand that due to your busy schedule and unforeseen life circumstances you may have to cancel or change an appointment last minute. In order to respect the time of both myself and other clients, I ask that you notify me of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If I do not receive proper communication from you then you will be deemed as a no call - no show and you will be required to pay 20% of the booked service fee. The fee will be collected from the card on file that was used to reserve the appointment.

Please be courteous and alert me if you think that you may be more than 15 minutes late. Unfortunately, 1 client showing up late can push my entire schedule behind. Depending on my availability, I might have to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Service Guarantee

I will make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Touched By Aja. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let me know at the time of your service or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. I will be more than happy to book a free of charge corrective service. This service will not be honored just because you've changed your mind on the style, it will only be honored if the clients dissatisfaction was my mistake.
